Phantom for Windows Single User License authorizes you to use Phantom
for Windows on a single computer at a time. You may copy the registered
version of Phantom for Windows to as many computers as you wish, so

for Windows on a single LAN file server. A separate license is required
for each file server upon which you install Phantom for Windows. There
is no limit on the number of users who may access Phantom for Windows
from the LAN file server. |

The
Phantom for Windows Commercial Distribution License authorizes you
to distribute executable programs which you have created from your
Phantom for Windows scripts both within your company and for sale.
The executables created with installations of Phantom for Windows
licensed for Commercial Distribution do not require an installed version
of Phantom for Windows or any Phantom DLL's to run. You may distribute
as many copies of as many different executable programs created from
Phantom for Windows scripts as you wish. There are no royalties of
any kind. |
