| Record | Recording is as easy as clicking on the record button. Then just perform the actions which you want Phantom to learn. When you're done, click on the stop button and Phantom lets you save the recording in a file of your choice. |
| Playback | To play back a recording, just select it from the drop-down list and click on the play or fast-play buttons. Its that easy! |
| Assign a hotkey | You can assign a hotkey by expanding the Phantom for Windows control panel and clicking on the Set Hotkey button. Then you can start playback whenever you press the hotkey combination. |

| Set up a schedule | Have your script execute automatically on a monthly, weekly, daily, hourly, or "minutely" basis using the Phantom scheduler. You can even have Phantom wait for "idle time" before starting the playback so it won't interrupt you if you happen to be working at the scheduled time. |
| Scripting | You
may want to enhance your recordings to handle unexpected events which
didn't occur when you were recording or to add pop-up dialogs and
other features to your recording. The Phantom script language is powerful
enough to do almost anything you can imagine. We programmed our whole
order entry system in Phantom. We've included a script that demonstrates
sending and receiving Internet mail directly from Phantom. Phantom's script language supports looping, if-then-else, subroutines, persistent variables, list management, networking, and dialog controls like buttons, combo-boxes, timers, and image display. | Create Executables | You can create standalone programs from your Phantom scripts.With the appropriate license, these programs will run on computers which do not have Phantom for Windows installed. |
